Rancho Del Hambre Wine varies from year to year

Since RDH wine can be either a field blend or a cuvee, depending on the vicissitudes of the year's weather and rainfall, each vintage may have a different emphasis of its aromas and flavors. Yields of the five varieties of grapes, as well as slight differences in maturation will push and pull the wine palate in different directions. Matching of foods for the vintages will be posted, as well as comments on other wines that can be compared to the RDH wines.
